Group Coaching

Our flagship group coaching is unique and one of its kind.

You will get the same level of support from coach Thomas as you would in our 1:1 coaching, the only difference is you dont have a weekly coaching call with him. 

You will have weekly coaching calls with the other legends on the group coaching membership.

WHO & WHY?

Howdo, I am Thomas Fowler. The head coach and founder of Mind Your Fitness. 

Without boring you, I started the business because of personal struggles with my mental health. Living with Complex PTSD, anxiety and bouts of depression. The one consistent thing that has been my biggest support and aid in bettering my mental health is exercise.

 

 

Of course, there are far more to it then just throwing some weights in a gym or a run on a treadmill. There are countless research studies that you could read to see the benefits of exercise on mental health. So I wont type it all out :)

 

I am on a mission to help not only help my local community but the wider field. Educating people, supporting and growing a supportive tribe. Because, whether we like it or not... we are social beings, so the better equip we are to help each other the better.
